Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for performing microbiology tests, maintaining quality control, and ensuring accurate and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform culture, sensitivity, and other microbiological tests.
• Identify microorganisms and analyze their characteristics.
• Maintain sterile and safe laboratory conditions.
• Ensure quality control and accurate documentation of results.
• Supervise and guide lab technicians when required.
• Coordinate with doctors and laboratory team for timely reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MD Microbiology or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred (freshers can apply).
• Sound knowledge of microbiological techniques and instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
