The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in all stages of plant tissue culture and an eye for precision and quality. Key Responsibilities Perform plant tissue culture operations — initiation, multiplication, rooting, and hardening. Maintain aseptic conditions in the laboratory. Prepare and sterilize media, glassware, and instruments. Monitor culture growth, record observations, and maintain data logs. Ensure quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in scaling up production and maintaining mother cultures. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2–3 years in a commercial tissue culture lab (Banana & Bamboo experience preferred).
