Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laboratory Technician at Lal Superspeciality Hospital, located in Gurugram. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating laboratory equipment, performing routine laboratory tests, and maintaining the quality and safety standards of the laboratory. Additional responsibilities include recording and interpreting test results, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and laboratory-specific tools
Strong Laboratory Skills, with the ability to carry out tests and procedures with accuracy
Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively
Professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or relevant role
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Degree or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
Familiarity with healthcare standards and safety regulations is an advantage
