Qualifications Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and laboratory-specific tools Strong Laboratory Skills, with the ability to carry out tests and procedures with accuracy Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively Professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or relevant role Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Degree or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Familiarity with healthcare standards and safety regulations is an advantage
