Lab Technician (Hematology)

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male / Female
• Educational Qualification:
• BSc/MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in Hematology
• 3 years experience as a lab technician in Hematology

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Hematology tests such as CBC, Reticulocyte Count, Blood Smear Examination, and Coagulation Studies
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain hematology analyzers and equipment
• Record, analyze, and interpret test results for accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation of patient results and reports
• Ensure lab hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols are strictly followed
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care
• Handle and store biological samples following standard procedures

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of Hematology tests, procedures, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficient in using lab equipment and diagnostic instruments
• Good record-keeping and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills for patient interaction and report generation

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,289.72 per month
