Manage reporting, monitoring, resources, and laboratory personnel.
Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives.
Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data.
Reviews customer satisfaction surveys relating to laboratory and takes required measures as necessary.
Ensures strict confidentiality regarding patient information.
Maintains medical laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas, identifying peak and slack periods; making operational or staffing adjustment.
