Maintaining all lab compliance by timely application and renewal.
2. Monitoring Tat and delay on Daily basis.
3. Strict monitoring of consumption booking shift wise by lab staff.
4. Maintaining Quality standards, Monitoring number of repeats, recheck, no of Qc in a day.
5. Staff learning and development.
6. Staff duty and shift management.
7. Lab discipline.
8. Maintaining Lab standard as per NABL policy in NABL lab and ensuring Good lab practices in the lab.
9. Working on improvement of Manpower productivity.
10. Maintaining Laboratory equipment performance, Timely AMC and CMC of instruments.
11. Zero stock outs in inventory and appropriate inventory hold(~ 45 days max and 35 day Minimum)
12. One point contact for internal and external world.
