Lab Administrator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing various aspects related to lab administration, including inventory control, repair and maintenance, compliance, electricity, water, waste management, sales administration, data sharing, biometric attendance, and logistics for sample transport. Key Responsibilities: - Control and manage store inventory including stock entry and issue - Handle repair and maintenance tasks along with housekeeping duties - Ensure lab compliance with regulations - Monitor electricity, water usage, and bio-medical waste disposal - Manage sales administration tasks related to local compliance - Responsible for laboratory keys and data sharing activities - Maintain and update lab opening & closing times, accession times, and sample processing times - Monitor local earthing, voltage, water TDS, accidents, spills, machine faults, and downtime on a daily basis - Upload biometric attendance data in the machine - Coordinate logistics for sample transport Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in lab administration or related field - Knowledge of inventory control, compliance, and maintenance procedures - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Good communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
