As a Lab Admin, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing store inventory by controlling stock, entering data, and issuing materials as required. - Overseeing repair and maintenance tasks, as well as ensuring proper housekeeping within the lab premises. - Ensuring compliance with all lab regulations and standards. - Monitoring electricity, water usage, and waste management in the laboratory. - Tracking the amount of Bio Medical Waste (BMW) generated in kilograms. - Handling sales administration tasks related to local compliance. - Safeguarding laboratory keys and controlling access to the facility. - Sharing important data such as lab opening and closing times, first and last accession times, and last sample processing details. - Monitoring local earthing and voltage levels on a daily basis. - Uploading biometric attendance records into the designated machine. - Regularly checking water Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels. - Managing and reporting accidents, spills, machine faults, and downtime incidents. - Coordinating logistics for the transportation of samples. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the designated work location.,
