Job Description

Required Experience Qualifications
10+ years of SAP program/project management experience, including at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation. Proven experience in the Discovery phase, including leading Fit-to-Standardworkshops with business and IT stakeholders. Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project delivery frameworks. Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and manage CxO-level stakeholders. Expertise in governance, risk and issue management, and cross-functional delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications such as SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, or PRINCE2 preferred.
