Engineering Services Responsibilities
Expert TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve highly complex network issues that L2 support cannot handle.Network Design and ImplementationDesign, implement, and optimize telecom network systems and infrastructure.Incident ManagementLead the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on services.Performance OptimizationContinuously monitor and improve network performance, implementing advanced solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, incidents, resolutions, and best practices.CollaborationWork closely with L1 and L2 support teams, network architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve network performance.Training and MentorshipProvide training and mentorship to L1 and L2 support staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Project ManagementLead and manage network-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion

You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Additional Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of network security principles and practices.This role is critical for maintaining the highest standards of telecom network performance and reliability, ensuring that any issues are promptly and effectively addressed Technical and Professional :

Technical ExpertiseExtensive knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and technologies.Problem-SolvingExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to handle the most complex network issues.CommunicationExcellent verbal and written communication skills.LeadershipStrong leadership and project management skills.Attention to DetailHigh attention to detail and accuracy in troubleshooting and documentation.CertificationsRelevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly preferred.
