Role Overview: As a Network Implementation L3 member of the NOC team, you will be responsible for providing design and implementation of network devices. This role involves advanced-level responsibilities and expertise in managing and enhancing the network infrastructure. You will provide high-level technical guidance and support across multiple vendor products, emphasizing networking and system administration. A robust comprehension of Routing & Switching administration, networking, and virtualization is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Good in Network Implementation, with mandatory certifications in CCIE or equivalent - Previous experience in Cisco or Juniper L3 TAC Support engineers is highly preferred - Take ownership of high-priority or sensitive customer issues and ensure prompt network services restoration and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction, by using a systematic problem-solving approach - Understand needs and create fitting network designs - Hands-on experience in managing Enterprise/Data Centre LAN/WAN Infrastructure and performing day-to-day Network operations activities - Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) - Manage Arista/Juniper/Cisco devices, troubleshoot, and support complex LAN networks - Design and implement business solutions using common network equipment, including SDWAN and MPLS technologies understanding - Monitor and diagnose performance issues, collaborating with third-party support/service vendors to ensure network operational stability - Respond to network alerts, hardware malfunctions, and diagnose/troubleshoot network issues - Provide second- or third-line network-level support for Routing Protocols to Customers, Partners, account teams, and other internal technical support teams - Create Standard Operating Procedures for Operations and update knowledge base articles - Familiarity with network analysis tools like Infra On, SolarWinds, Nagios, Checkmk, and Splunk - Preferably skilled in Linux/Unix and proficient in coding languages Qualifications Required: - BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science/IT or Electronics & Communication - Mandatory certifications required: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), Cisco Certified Network Professional in Routing & Switching (CCNP R&S), Juniper Certified Datacenter Expert (JNCIE-DC), Enterprise Routing and Switching, Expert (JNCIE-ENT), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - 12+ years of Network implementation & working experience encompassing LAN (wired & wireless), WAN, Network, server, Storage, and Backup environments - Implementation level understanding on Protocols such as IS-IS/OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Traffic Engineering, EVPN - Good understanding of TCP/IP stack, MPLS, SDWAN, WAN, LAN, IPV4 & IPV6 knowledge is a must - Competence in Routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and EIGRP, along with experience in working with leading router and switch series from Juniper, Arista, and Cisco - Working/Hands-on on multivendor OEMs such as Cisco Nexus, Juniper, and Arista - Experience in troubleshooting complex Network Security related issues - Proficiency in Switch technologies including STP, RSTP, MST, VXLAN, and vPC, and familiarity with prominent switch series from Arista, Cisco, and Juniper - Experience with Wireless networks including Cisco and Aruba unified architectures - Familiarity with WAN Optimizers such as Riverbed Steelhead and Cisco WaaS - Proficiency in Network Monitoring Tools like InfraOn, Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Wireshark, iperf/jperf - Knowledgeable in Load balancers: F5 LTM, F5 GTM/DNS, or Citrix NetScaler ADC - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adeptness in prioritizing a dynamic workload to meet business demands - Experience with helpdesk software systems like Jira, Remedy, or ServiceNow - Experience in monitoring server (Physical/Virtual) and application availability and performance, as well as Health checks and Performance Monitoring for Databases and Storage - Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix OS, Storage, Backup Tools, and a range of professional certifications like ITIL, Azure, AWS, VCP, CCNA, CCNP, CISA, AWS, and Red Hat System Administration is an added advantage - Customer facing experience is mandatory - Good communication skills and ability to convince and build social relationships,
