Additionally, knowledge of Arista Spine and Leaf deployment, Cisco's product portfolio, network diagnostics, and security technologies is essential. Desirable capabilities include strong communication skills, customer support proficiency, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates with Cisco certifications like CCNP or CCDP, or security certifications such as SSCP or CISSP are preferred.
