L3 CitrixAdmin L3 Level Experience in Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop 6- 10 years 4 to 6 Years of Experience on Windows servers 2016, Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, VMWare and VDI. Strong understanding of Infrastructure management concepts. Knowledge on Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management. Hands on experience on related tools like Netscalar, Store front, (Citrix director) EdgeSight, Citrix receiver etc. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills Automation for Server maintenance (PowerShell scripting) Experience in Datacenter Operations. Excellent communication skills Service monitoring and SLA management Establishing and maintaining process documents and run books Exposure to HP/Dell server hardware and remote management capabilities. Understanding of basic Linux, Network and Storage concepts. Experience in Incident, Asset, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL) Show more Show less
