L2/L3 Support

You will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP (SCM), focusing on Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing, and Cost accounting. Your key responsibilities will include: - ERP Support: Providing support for Oracle Fusion ERP (SCM) modules, including Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing, and Cost accounting. - Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving system issues, verifying Oracle configurations, and collaborating with Oracle Support when necessary. - Integration Development: Designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP). - Customization & Reporting: Modifying and creating custom workflows, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI and PL/SQL. - Patch Management: Analyzing and testing quarterly Oracle patches to ensure smooth upgrades and functionality. - Collaboration: Working closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs. Qualifications required for the role include: - Minimum 10 years of experience supporting ERP systems with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules (PO, IN, MFG, CA). - Strong business process knowledge in Procurement, Inventory management, Manufacturing, and Cost accounting modules in Oracle Fusion ERP. - Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshoot issues. - Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and developing OTBI reports. - Experience analyzing quarterly Oracle patches and creating detailed test plans for testing in Oracle Fusion ERP. - Hands-on experience building integrations using OIC and ATP. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff.,
