We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer (System/Solaris Administrator) to join our 24×7 operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure in the Banking, BFSI, or PSU sector, with strong technical expertise in Solaris, Linux, and UNIX environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Solaris, Linux, and UNIX-based systems in a 24×7 production environment.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of system issues.
• Manage system administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support critical applications and servers as per SLA requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.
• Provide on-call support during non-business hours as required.

Mandatory Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience working on similar projects as a System / Solaris Admin (L2 or L3) in:
• Public Sector Banks
• Private Banks
• BFSI Sector
• PSU Sector
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and mission-critical environments.
• Hands-on experience with server OS troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance optimization.

Required Certifications

Candidates must possess the following (or equivalent) certifications:

• OEM-specific certification relevant to the proposed solution in the RFP (highest credibility required).
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Linux Diagnostics and Troubleshooting.
• Certified Specialist in UNIX Administration or any equivalent entry-level certification for other operating systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
