L2/L3 Support Engineers

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide

    hypercare support

    for post-migration users 
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues in

    Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive

     
  • Handle L2/L3 escalations and resolve incidents within SLAs 
  • Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless support 

Skills Required:


  • Strong expertise in

    Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive

     
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 end-user support 
  • Experience with escalation handling and issue resolution 
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
