Job Description

Looking for a skilled L2 Support Engineer/Lead to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment firms/recruitment services and be able to provide excellent support to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and clients.
Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for junior engineers.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of employment firm/recruitment services industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to analyze complex technical issues.
Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers is essential.
Strong knowledge of technical support principles and practices is necessary.
