Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai

Shift Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM, 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 9 PM to 6 AM IST

ISP network rather than an enterprise network.

Monitoring & Reporting

Perform daily health checks of network infrastructure and maintain detailed logs and reports (PIH Health Reports).

Generate and manage weekly and monthly Network SLA reports (PIH Weekly/Monthly SLA).

Monitor and troubleshoot SolarWinds alerts (L1 level) and manage NCM job configuration backups.

Monitor alerts from Cisco FMC and AMP for malware and threat detection.

Follow up on QualysGuard vulnerability assessments and remediation plans.

Network Device Administration

Manage and administer routers, switches, and firewall devices.

Perform network device IOS upgrades, patching, and maintenance.

Handle configuration and tuning of networking protocols such as NAT, IPSEC, SSL.

Administer network segmentation, zone design, and asset isolation to reduce attack surfaces.

Security Administration

Manage firewall rules, application control, and URL filtering.

Oversee Intrusion Detection & Prevention Systems (IDPS) and ensure effective threat mitigation.

Block and manage SPAM IPs in ESA (Email Security Appliance).

Manage BitLocker compliance reporting for non-compliant endpoints.

Implement and manage MFA/2FA for SSL VPN.

VPN & Remote Access

Configure and maintain VPN tunnels, ensuring secure remote access solutions.

Implement VPN load balancing, redundancy, and high availability solutions.

Design and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives.

Network Architecture

Participate in the design and implementation of secure network zones.

Isolate critical digital assets through network segmentation and access control.

Install and configure network and security devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
