We are hiring highly skilled L3 Network Resident Engineer to lead complex network troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization. The role involves handling escalated network issues, implementing advanced configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance and security. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in routing, switching. This is a strictly on-site role, ideal for candidates who want to work directly on data center environment and be a key escalation point for complex networking issues. Job Title: Network Engineer L3 Location: Navi Mumbai & Mumbai (All Areas) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 8-12 Years Industry: IT / Telecom / BFSI Qualifications, skills and experience: Industry experience focused on IP networks. Engineer ( 8-12 Years )• A computer science (or similar) degree. Arista EOS and Cloud Vision experience is added advantage CCNP, CCIE and/or JNCIE (Preferred)• Excellent written and verbal skills Technical skills: Advanced Network support & troubleshooting Mandatory: Troubleshoot, Configure, and deploy Spine & Leaf architecture. Mandatory: Troubleshoot, Configure, and deploy advanced features like VXLAN, EVPN, MLAG Mandatory: Troubleshoot, Configure, and deploy routing protocols BGP, OSPF and other networking protocols Expert on L2 Technologies (STP, PVST, MSTP, RSTP, EtherChannel) Serve as the final escalation point for critical network issues. Conduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring network incidents and give permanent solutions. Performing Upgrades e.g. OS patch, vulnerability patch. Hardening of switches. Module Configurations and optimizations, induction of New Switches into running fabric. Strong exposure to packet capture level troubleshooting. Basic level knowledge of Python/Bash scripting, VMware Network design, implementation & optimization Fabric Design, Spine leaf infrastructure High level and low-level design documentation experience. Migration planning and implementation Documentation & training Plan, write, and execute Methods of Procedure (MoP) documents. Test plans for the purpose of validating newly deployed Arista networks. Perform Knowledge Transfer Training on network Designs, Platforms, and Features to Professional Services customers.
