L2 Engineer

As an L2 Engineer at Kuhu Enterprises in Mumbai, your role will involve providing advanced technical support and expertise in Windows, VMware, and Citrix. You will be responsible for: - Providing second-level technical support for IT infrastructure. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability. - Implementing and maintaining virtualization solutions using VMware and Citrix. - Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Windows Administration: - In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. VMware Virtualization: - Extensive experience in managing and maintaining VMware environments. - Ability to implement and optimize virtualization solutions. Citrix: - Familiarity with Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop. - Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Citrix solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). - Industry certifications in Windows, VMware, or Citrix (desired).
