Role Summary The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating, developing, and detailing Building Information Models and drawings to support engineering, architectural, and technology projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and detail accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, MEPF, and technology disciplines. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, shop drawings, and as-built documentation. Could you assist in clash detection, coordination, and integration of multidisciplinary models? Support project teams in adhering to BIM execution plans, standards, and guidelines. Could you collaborate with engineers and architects to make sure design outputs meet quality, accuracy, and project timelines? Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 35 years of proven experience as a BIM Designer. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools. Good knowledge of detailing practices, documentation, and LOD standards. Experience in infrastructure, airports, smart cities, or AV/digital projects will be preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in collaborative teams.
