As an L2 Engineer at Kuhu Enterprises in Mumbai, your role will involve providing advanced technical support and expertise in Windows, VMware, and Citrix. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Windows Administration: - In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. VMware Virtualization: - Extensive experience in managing and maintaining VMware environments. - Ability to implement and optimize virtualization solutions. Citrix: - Familiarity with Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop. - Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Citrix solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). - Industry certifications in Windows, VMware, or Citrix (desired).
