Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WANs.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, cloud connectivity & ISP issues.
Act as the first point of contact for ISP escalations.
Handle incident management, escalation, and documentation.
Maintain network performance and generate reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field (preferred).
CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
Basics of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF.
Strong communication & real-time support skills.
Immediate availability to join in Mumbai.
Bonus Skills:
Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios
