VKYC Executive is responsible for conducting video-based customer verifications in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key duties include verifying customer identity and documents during live video calls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to KYC/AML regulations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with video tools. Prior experience in customer onboarding or compliance is preferred.
