Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

Ensure accurate data/files updation & MIS for critical processes - CKYC New Accounts, renewal ,address change, KROC & CardOne
Conduct In-depth analysis of trending and reasons of CKYC errors to ensure higher penetration (including IT coordination for error /data rectifications )
Identify opportunities for automation /increase in accuracy /secure PII mgmt. and drive system developments - preparing BRD's , close looping the discussions with development teams , testing /implementation
Proactively highlight aberrations in the regulatory mandate of within 10 day submissions and provide recommendations for TAT adherence/improvement
execute end to end reconciliation of all portfolios (New Accounts, KYC Renewals, Residence Address Change) including reconciliations on :
CKYC base
eKYC transactions and
QR authentication/Aadhaar masking

Requirements :

Excellent working knowledge of Excel ( knowledge on other data management tools will be preferred )
Understanding of basic regulatory compliances on KYC
Graduate in any discipline
