KYC Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting audits of loan files for various loan products, creating checklists, training the team on loan product policies and latest RBI circulars, managing a team of 3-4 individuals, representing and discussing observations with clients, and maintaining accurate records of all audited files. Additionally, you will be involved in the verification of various loan documents and assisting in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Audit loan files of various loan products - Create checklists for loan products and train the team on loan product policies and latest RBI circulars - Manage a team of 3-4 individuals - Represent and discuss observations with clients - Maintain accurate records of all audited files - Verify various loan documents - Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Strong familiarity with KYC guidelines and standards - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong autonomous work ethic and attention to detail - Good interpersonal and communication abilities - Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
