Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in transaction monitoring by reviewing alerts and escalating suspicious activities as per SOP.
Prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) accurately and ensure timely submission to FIU-IND.
Review and act on FIU-triggered alerts in line with compliance requirements.
Perform name screening against sanction lists, PEP lists, and adverse media, escalating potential matches for enhanced due diligence.
Support compilation and timely submission of regulatory reports such as CTR and other mandated filings.
Maintain compliance documentation and assist during internal and external audits.
Help circulate updated AML/KYC policies and training materials across relevant teams.
Assist in updating KYC-AML policy and SOP as per latest RBI and regulatory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports for compliance tracking and maintain logs of alerts, escalations, and submissions.
Demonstrate understanding of RBI KYC Master Directions and apply them in day-to-day compliance activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. KYC-AML certifications would be considered as an added advantage.
2-5 years of experience in AML/KYC compliance in banks or financial services.
Knowledge of RBI KYC Master Directions and AML regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with FIU-IND reporting and AML monitoring systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
