As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to actively aid the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be responsible for exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through research, building POCs, creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining processes, and designing functional solutions. Additionally, you will support configuring solution requirements, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives. Your contributions will extend to unit-level and organizational initiatives, aimed at delivering high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Actively support the consulting team in various project phases - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions and build POCs - Create requirement specifications and define detailed functional designs - Configure solution requirements, diagnose issues, and identify solution alternatives - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives for customer solutions Qualifications Required: - 3 years of UKG Pro WFM or Kronos experience - Strong API and Dell Boomi integration knowledge - Experience with Hyperfinds, Data Views, Access Profiles, and Reporting tools - Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Industry domain knowledge Preferred Skills: - Technology->Kronos->Workforce Management,
