Korean Language Expert & Project Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Korean Language Expert who can support translation, interpretation, and communication tasks, while also assisting with project coordination between our Korean and local teams. This role requires excellent Korean and English language skills, strong coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  written translation

  of business documents, emails, project updates, and technical content between Korean and English.
• Support

  verbal interpretation

  during meetings, calls, and discussions between Korean and local team members.
• Coordinate daily communication between stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  
• Assist project managers in tracking tasks, preparing basic reports, updating project trackers, and scheduling meetings.
  
• Act as a cultural bridge to help local teams better understand Korean work style and expectations.
  
• Support preparation of presentations and meeting minutes as needed.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of information shared across languages.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (preferred: Korean language, international business, or related field).
  
• Proficiency in

  Korean and English

  — both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or Korean language coordination is an advantage.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
  
• Flexible, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with project tracking tools (like JIRA, RAS, or MS Project) is a plus.
  
• Experience working in a multicultural or Korean company environment is desirable.
