Korean Translator & Project Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a proficient and reliable Korean Translator & Interpreter to support cross-functional communication between Korean and Indian teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Korean and English (both written and spoken), and be able to provide translation and interpretation support during meetings, training sessions, documentation, and day-to-day communication. Key Responsibilities Translate documents, presentations, and technical content between Korean and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Provide real-time verbal interpretation during meetings, workshops, and business discussions. Facilitate smooth communication between Korean-speaking stakeholders and local teams. Support Korean expatriates with day-to-day translation and coordination needs. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and project-related information. Collaborate with HR, PMO, and technical teams to ensure effective documentation flow. Provide language support during onboarding, training sessions, and internal communications. Assist in preparing bilingual reports, project updates, and stakeholder communications. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Translation, or equivalent field. Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) TOPIK Level 5 or above preferred . Proven experience as a translator/interpreter in a business or technical environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail with excellent organizational ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with Korean MNCs or Korean clients. Understanding of Korean business etiquette and corporate culture. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation tools.
