Job Summary:

Kore.ai Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform

You should have hands-on experience building conversational flows, NLP configurations, and APIs on the Kore.ai platform, coupled with strong knowledge of Power Platform components to create end-to-end intelligent solutions. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical acumen, and business understanding to deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered chatbots using the Kore.ai Experience Optimization (XO) Platform.
• Implement conversational flows, natural language processing (NLP) models, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Train and optimize bots using

  intent recognition, entity extraction, and machine learning models

  .
• Customize bot behavior using

  JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and Kore.ai BotKit SDK

  .
• Develop and maintain security, authentication, and access control within bots.
• Conduct

  testing, debugging, and performance tuning

  to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Build business applications and automation workflows using

  Microsoft Power Platform

  (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).
• Work closely with

  UX/UI designers, product managers, and business stakeholders

  to align bot functionality with business needs.
• Monitor bot analytics and make data-driven improvements for better engagement and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience

  in developing chatbots and virtual assistants on the

  Kore.ai

  platform.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Microsoft Power Platform

  especially Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of

  AI/ML, NLP, NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and Conversational AI concepts

  .
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, Node.js, Python

  , or similar programming languages.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with

  RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.)

  .
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and

  DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)

  .
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in

  Kore.ai Experience Optimization (XO) Platform

• Experience with

  AI frameworks (TensorFlow, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.)

  .
• Knowledge of voice-based AI bot development and

  IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems

  .
• Experience in designing multilingual chatbots.
