1. Site Visits & Evaluations:
a) Conduct detailed site surveys (both new and existing projects)
b) Assess feasibility and integration requirements of KNX, VDP (Video Door Phone), Audio-Video, Wi-Fi Access Points, and Intrusion Systems.
2. Design & Documentation:
a) Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings according to site conditions and client inputs.
b) Create accurate wiring diagrams and layout plans for KNX and associated systems.
3. System Integration:
a) Understand and integrate KNX protocols with third-party systems like Panasonic devices and Audio-Video systems.
b) Configure, program, and commission KNX modules and user interfaces.
4. Installation & Testing:
a) Perform installation and testing of KNX devices, VDPs, sensors, access points, etc.
b) Ensure full functionality of connected systems before handover.
5. Commissioning & Handover:
a) Complete full system commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning.
b)Provide end-user guidance and system demonstrations as needed.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
a) Maintain weekly test and progress reports to be submitted to project managers.
b)Ensure all documentation is aligned with project standards and customer requirements.
