Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Knowledge Services Associate Consultant in the KPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality technical documentation that meets client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create user manuals, guides, and other technical documents.
Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation purposes.
Edit and review technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to stay current with industry trends.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with authoring tools and software used for technical writing.
