As a Knowledge Editor at Airbnb, you will be joining the CKM team responsible for managing knowledge bases in Confluence and Contentstack. Your primary responsibility will be to write and edit content for the knowledge bases, ensuring high quality and accurate information to provide the best user experience to Support Ambassadors and Airbnb users. - Create, organize, and optimize critical knowledge content - Collaborate with the Knowledge Strategist to draft accurate and optimized content - Identify and address knowledge gaps through audits and data analysis - Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness for users - Manage content and workflow feedback across the organization - Establish and nurture relationships with various teams like CS Operations, Partners, Training, Quality, and Change Management Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in technical writing or relevant field - Strong proofreading skills and excellent communication abilities - Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in knowledge management - Proficiency in knowledge management, content strategy, and information architecture - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity - Knowledge of SEO strategy and multicultural, multilingual work environments - Experience in customer support operations and agent-facing knowledge is an advantage In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, Airbnb is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in its workplace.
