Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha for a KMP (Key Managerial Personnel) handling merchant banking activities in a Vice President (VP) role. The responsibilities include overseeing merchant banking operations, managing client relationships, strategizing for corporate finance and private equity functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role also demands guiding a team, exploring new business opportunities, and innovating financial strategies to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Merchant Banking, Corporate Finance, and Private Equity.
• Proficiency in Project Finance, Loan Advisory, and Real Estate Funding strategies.
• Experience in client relationship management and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to financial services.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications like CFA or CA will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of success in the financial services industry with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
