Job Description

KM Content Coordinator
Position: KM Content Management

Location:

Gurugram

Experience:

1+ Years

Working Days:

5 Days (3 WFO / 2 WFH)

Responsibilities

Develop high value IP and insights based on completed casework.
Meticulously follow redaction guidelines to maintain the highest quality of IP, protecting sensitive information while promoting knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with KM Specialists to resolve IP-related issues and enhance the quality and timely completion of our intellectual contributions.
Prepare client-facing case credentials based on recent case work using prescribed templates.
Develop and refine appropriate tagging and metadata so that IP is searchable and readily available to case teams.
Track key data and metrics related to IP development and other KM activities to continually improve our processes and outputs.
Actively participate in global and regional KM forums, contributing to strategic discussions that shape the future direction of our knowledge management practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with strong academic credentials.
1-3 years of experience, ideally in the professional services environment.
Knowledge of KM and intranet/web technologies such as SharePoint.
Strong detail-oriented outlook.
Proficient in data management, data entry, and documentation.
Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 suite.
Understanding of KM and connecting people-to-content and people-to-people.
Self-starting, comfortable working autonomously while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teaming.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities.
Ability to productively work in a cross-border team.
Energy, enthusiasm, and drive to create a positive working relationship.
