Job Description

Role Overview: As a Kitchen Associate at Salad Days, your main responsibility is to support daily kitchen operations. This includes maintaining kitchen hygiene, following food safety rules, assisting in basic prep work, and ensuring good quality food preparation. You will also be involved in packing and dispatch tasks when necessary. Additionally, you will help in sanitisation and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain kitchen hygiene and strictly adhere to food safety rules. - Prepare mise-en-place and ensure quality standards before cooking. - Assist in cooking and assembling meals according to set standards. - Support in packing and dispatch tasks as required. - Keep your station clean and hygienic at all times. Qualifications Required: - Minimum High school (10th) education with a basic understanding of cutting and food preparation. - Must be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Good hygiene practices, discipline, punctuality, clean-shaven appearance, and a willingness to learn are essential. - Flexibility to work in break shifts. - Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.,
