Job Summary

The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role focuses on early childhood development through play-based learning, activities, and structured lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Create a joyful, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop basic skills in children such as alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes
• Encourage social skills, discipline, and positive behavior
• Observe and assess children’s progress and development
• Maintain daily classroom records and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress
• Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and school events
• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
• Follow school policies, SOPs, and academic guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Patience and genuine interest in working with young children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching
• Ability to engage children through interactive methods
• Good observation and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT / D.El.Ed )
• Graduation preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in kindergarten or pre-primary teaching
• Freshers may also apply

• Full-time
