Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kindergarten Coordinator at BCM School, Basant Avenue, Dugri, Ludhiana. The Kindergarten Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kindergarten section, including overseeing curriculum implementation, coordinating with teachers and staff, and ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for children. Additional responsibilities include organizing events and activities, maintaining communication with parents, and monitoring students' progress and development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with B.Ed with 4-5 years teaching experience
• Experience in early childhood education, curriculum implementation, and classroom management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related fields
• Experience in managing educational programs and events is a plus
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
