Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Kindergarten Branch Head located in Srinagar. The Kindergarten Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring the implementation of the curriculum, and fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. Additional duties include handling administrative tasks, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Qualifications Experience in educational administration, team management, and staff supervision Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Knowledge of early childhood education principles and curriculum implementation Experience in fostering community and parental involvement Ability to manage and resolve conflicts, and handle administrative duties Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development or related field Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting is preferred Show more Show less
