Role Description

This is a contract role for a Kids Club Trainer, with on-site visits aa required, pan India. The Kids Club Trainer will train teams in executing age-appropriate fitness and recreational activities, implement processes to monitor and guide children to ensure safety, and provide a fun, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and conducting fitness and recreational activities for children
• Strong supervisory and safety monitoring skills
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a fun and engaging environment for children
• Experience in managing kids clubs in hotels and resorts will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of child development and behavioral management techniques
• A degree or certification in Physical Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred
