🔧 What You’ll Do:

Craft and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that resonate with home buyers and investors.

Use smart targeting, bidding, and creative testing to maximize campaign performance.

Track KPIs, share insights, and continuously improve strategies for better ROI.

Collaborate with our content, design, and sales teams to ensure every click leads to meaningful engagement.

✅ What We Value:

At least 2 years of experience managing Google & Meta ad campaigns.

Understanding of conversion tracking, lead generation, and scaling campaigns—especially in the real estate space.

Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and performance bidding.

Certifications (Google Ads / Meta Blueprint) are a big plus.

A self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
