What You'll Do:

Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex billing issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
