Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate the implementation, support, and upgrade of the SAP SD module with a strong focus on the Order to Billing process.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including scope, design, build, and test phases, with a minimum of 2 successful implementations.
Gather business requirements and prepare TO-BE design documents.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Order to Cash and Simplification List.
Manage Sales Order Management, Pricing & Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Standard Fiori tiles for tasks and KPIs.
Prepare related configuration documents and functional specifications.
Collaborate with technical consultants to design, build, and realize custom developments (RICEFW).
Propose simple and optimal O2C business solutions based on business process knowledge.
Perform root cause analysis and work with cross-module teams for resolution.
Engage consistently with clients to interpret their requirements and manage communication flow throughout projects.
Foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all organizational levels.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes
Hands-on experience with SAP SD module and S/4HANA
Proven track record in SAP implementation and upgrades
Knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing & Billing, Revenue Recognition
Experience with SAP Fiori standard tiles for tasks and KPIs
Ability to gather business requirements and prepare TO-BE design documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis
Experience collaborating with technical consultants for custom developments (RICEFW)
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Knowledge of simplification list and SAP best practices
