Key Sales Executive

Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast sales and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Create comprehensive sales plans that map out a clear route to hitting targets.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a healthy flow of qualified leads and driving deal velocity.
• Ensure timely closing of sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and inquiry handling to encourage repeat business.
• Optimize sales processes for efficiency and implement best practices.

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or field sales or Marketing
• Local Candidate hire first.
• Must have a bike and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to build and maintain a team.
