Job Description

As a Key Sales Executive based in Bijapur, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through direct field sales, client handling, and new customer acquisition. With 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Identify potential customers through field visits and market research - Promote company products/services to the target audience - Meet assigned sales targets and ensure business growth - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Handle customer queries efficiently - Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales progress - Report daily activities to the reporting manager for smooth operations To succeed in this role, you must: - Be a graduate in any discipline - Possess strong communication and negotiation skills - Be self-motivated and result-oriented - Be willing to travel locally in Bijapur The perks and benefits offered include: - Fixed salary up to 3.15 LPA - Performance-based incentives - Career growth opportunities - Field support and ongoing training The compensation package includes a performance bonus, and the job is full-time and permanent.
