Key Holder

The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer-centric environment through extraordinary customer service. You will collaborate with all Associates to uphold the Company's customer service model, brand standards, and operations. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet business needs, ensure adequate shift coverage, and occasionally supervise Sales Associates. You will consistently provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company's selling model with confidence and knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining brand standards related to cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation, as well as understanding sales goals and aligning behaviors accordingly. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in retail sales and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Your availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays. Effective customer engagement skills, high-level interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to meet physical requirements such as standing and walking for an eight-hour shift, climbing a ladder, and lifting a minimum of 10 pounds are essential. You must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
