About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-focused Customer Success Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Teachmint s solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for building long-term customer partnerships. Candidates with experience in B2B environments (especially where buyer and end-users differ) and those from education or ed-tech backgrounds will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school and college leadership teams, administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Manage large customer portfolios, ensuring product usage, adoption, retention, and identifying opportunities for upsell or expansion.
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for institutions, enabling seamless rollout and adoption of Teachmint products.
- Conduct periodic account reviews, health checks, and engagement meetings with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Training) to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Gather and relay customer insights to improve product experience and advocate for user needs.
- Visit customer locations when required to provide on-site support, training, and relationship-building.
- Support continuous improvement of customer success processes, dashboards, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or training preferably in B2B or education/ed-tech settings.
- Proven ability to handle large customer portfolios while driving adoption, retention, and upsell metrics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations (schools/colleges) as needed.
- Comfort with CRM tools and data-driven reporting is a plus.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
