Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identifying potential corporate clients and closing pan India tie-ups for the network of Clinics. - To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base - Understanding competitors and providing valid USPs in capturing sales. - Develop cost-effective, long-term asset and liability business with companies and organizations of repute in order to ensure TAC's maximum profitability. - To ensure contracts are managed and extended where possible - Resolve on timely basis all clients- problems/quires. - To manage special projects under the direction of the Head of Sales - To host any promotion events or external site as required by the Head of Sales - Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action - Have extensive knowledge of competitor and what business is booking into the area - Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales - Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue - Be aware of company policies, which affect the sales department - Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered - Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job - Coordinate with Clinic Center Managers to ensure that the signed corporate client is targeted. - Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and enquiry of new service. - Communicate with the panel corporates for the branding & also for the business development. - Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and enquiry of new service. 1. Business development for wellness and corporate health check ups in companies . 2. 2) Onsite camps in industries and corporates. 3. 3) Meeting existing accounts 4. 4) Creating new corporate accounts 5. 5) Arranging Camps and Seminars in corporates. 6. 6) Receivable management 7. 7) Implementation of new strategies and activities as decided by HO in corporates. 8) Coordinating with operations team for ensuring committed services to corporate offsite and onsite. Preferred candidate profile Candidates should have minimum 3-6 years of experience into corporate sales. - Candidate should have maximum exposure into corporate sales, corporate marketing, should have conducted corporate awareness programmers. - Preferred who have exposure in corporate sales in Hospitals / Healthcare Industry. - Only from Hospital/Healthcare Industry Perks and benefits
